Customer data platform for ANZ

Built for how Australian and New Zealand teams actually operate.

Fractyl is a New Zealand-built customer data platform that turns existing first-party data into governed paid-media audiences, without requiring an enterprise transformation programme or a new specialist team.

Discuss your first audience

Local relevance is more than a hosting region.

The useful difference is a platform, commercial model and delivery approach that fit the people, budgets and agency structures common across this market.

01

Start with one commercial decision

Prove suppression, win-back or stronger acquisition seeds before expanding the programme.

02

Use the data estate already in place

Connect CRM, Google BigQuery, GA4, server-side signals and agreed supplementary sources without forcing a broad transformation first.

03

Work with the existing media team

Fractyl can operate alongside an incumbent agency, multiple specialists or an in-house team. Media ownership does not need to change.

04

Keep the operating burden visible

Audience logic, destinations, schedules and approvals remain reviewable instead of disappearing inside an enterprise programme.

Move customer truth into the places media decisions are made.

Fractyl connects relevant CRM, behavioural, analytics and server-side signals in a queryable Google Cloud environment. Identity and lifecycle logic turn those records into usable audiences.

Identifiers used for activation are hashed before delivery. One saved audience can then synchronise on the cadence it needs, up to hourly, across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360 and supported third-party data clean rooms.

The result is not more data for its own sake. It is a current suppression list, a timely win-back audience or a higher-quality seed that the media team can actually use.

Privacy Act 2020 context.

New Zealand's privacy principles govern how organisations collect, store, use and share personal information. Fractyl implementations must be scoped around the client's lawful collection, notices, permissions, security and disclosure obligations.

Office of the Privacy Commissioner guidance

Australian Privacy Principles context.

The Australian Privacy Principles cover the collection, use, disclosure, governance, security and correction of personal information. Applicability depends on the organisation and implementation, so Fractyl does not make blanket compliance claims.

The practical answers before a technical workshop.

Is Fractyl an Australian or New Zealand CDP?+

Fractyl was built in New Zealand and is designed for organisations operating across Australia and New Zealand. The platform can support regional and multi-brand audience structures within an agreed implementation.

Does Fractyl require us to change media agency?+

No. Fractyl is agency-neutral and can work with the agency or internal team already responsible for media. Agencies can also license the platform.

Where is the customer data stored?+

Storage location and Google Cloud configuration depend on the client architecture and agreed deployment. Data residency, access and cross-border requirements are confirmed during technical and privacy scoping.

Which destinations are live?+

Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and DV360 are live destinations. Fractyl can also deliver governed audiences into supported third-party data clean rooms.

What does Fractyl typically cost?+

Indicative onboarding starts from NZ$5,000 excluding GST. A typical managed implementation costs NZ$2,500 per month, per brand, with final pricing shaped by the CRM, data volume, cleanliness, structure and destination requirements.
